**Where You Will Work **

Our global headquarters is in Phoenix, Arizona. Several hundred employees support global operations in finance, human resources, information technology, planning and more from the main office, satellite offices or online. As a Hybrid employee, you will collaborate primarily virtually anywhere in the U.S. except California, Connecticut, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, and South Carolina. Additional states may be excluded based on business factors. Occasionally, you may be required to attend in-person meetings at our Collaboration Hub in Phoenix and/or one of our site locations. The Collaboration Hub provides an open, flexible workspace for individuals and teams to come together for various business needs. Amenities at the Hub include a working café, phone booths and meeting rooms with technology tools for virtual and in-person collaboration. In-person attendance may vary based on the position and department requirements.

**Description**

Oversee and lead projects and tasks in support of Accounting Managers. Develop skills to be able to train on FMI finance applications and reporting systems. Prioritize creating and implementing development plans for site accounting support staff primarily at the Sr Accounting Analyst levels.

+ Oversee and lead projects, group tasks, assignments, and responsibilities within the department in support of the Accounting Managers

+ Learn, understand, and train others on systems and reporting applications (SAP, EDW, Power BI, Finance/GSC/Maintenance databases)

+ Extremely competent with system applications used in manipulating and sorting data. Able to train and mentor others.

+ Create and communicate development plans for the site accounting organizations.

+ Lead projects with very little support and direction.

+ Understand and be able to function in multiple accounting and finance areas.

+ Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed.

**Qualifications**

Minimum Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or closely related area and six (6) years of related Accounting experience, including two (2) years of project management and/or decision-making responsibilities;

**OR**

+ Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or closely related area and four (4) years of accounting experience, including two (2) years of leadership and/or decision-making responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Report writing experience (EDW, Power BI, and Excel)

+ CPA or CMA

+ Experience with SAP, HFM, and OneStream

+ Mining or manufacturing industry experience

+ Report Writer Certification

+ Cost Accounting knowledge and experience

Criteria/Conditions:

+ Location requires mobility in an office environment; each floor is accessible by elevator. Occasionally work will be performed in a mine, outdoor or manufacturing plant setting.

+ Must be able to frequently sit, stand and walk.

+ Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 10 pounds.

+ Must be able to work in a potentially stressful environment.

+ Personal protective equipment is required when performing work in a mine, outdoor, manufacturing or plant environment, including hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed, respirator, rubber steel-toe boots, protective clothing, gloves and any other protective equipment as required.

**What We Offer You**

The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $ **93,000-$130,000.** This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance.
