As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning and drive market growth. You will guide the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns to promote our brand products and services. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research and analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing strategic guidance to brand specialists and marketing teams.

You will work out of our Charlotte NC location on a 3/2 hybrid work schedule. We are not offering relocation for this role.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the company's brand strategy and success. Your role will involve developing and implementing brand guidelines, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels, and driving brand awareness. With your expertise in brand management, market research, and consumer insights, you will be able to identify market trends, analyze the performance-driven landscape, and develop strategies to differentiate Honeywell's brand. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and your strong leadership skills will be essential in driving brand growth and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand positioning and drive market growth

• Guide the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns to promote brand products and services

• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activities

• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new brand initiatives and product offerings

• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to brand specialists and marketing teams

• Monitor and evaluate brand performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints
