Learn more at HonorHealth.com. Responsibilities Job Summary The Property Coordinator will assist the team in day-to-day management, operations, and coordination of the Real Estate portfolio. The Property Coordinator will assist the Property Manager in ensuring the upkeep of portfolio records, policies, maintain tenant/owner relations, maintain invoice records, contracts, update maintenance records, follow-up on work orders, purchase order submissions and answer incoming phone calls. Monitor, receive, close, and update work orders on a daily basis. Respond to email inquiries in a timely manner as directed by Property Manager. Assist in updating records in lease software, electronically file correspondence/documents, and maintain records. Create, distribute, review, and track purchase orders. Ensure certificate of insurance is on file. Compile Tenant bill-backs. Support Real Estate Team and Property Manager with administrative tasks as needed. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. Qualifications Education High School Diploma or GED Required Experience 1 year Administration Required Licenses and Certifications Driver License Current and valid Required
