**Responsibilities**

**Position Summary:**

The PBX Operator is responsible for the hospital telecommunications.

+ Effectively operates a multi-line telephone console transferring and connecting customers to their destinations.

+ This position is represented by SEIU Local 1107 and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Previous PBX or multi-line experience.

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Possesses good verbal communication skills.

+ Must demonstrate ability to prioritize work needs and demonstrate good judgement.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Previous customer service experience.

**Pay Range**

$23.56 - $23.56 /hour
