**Responsibilities**
The Ultrasound Technician - Per Diem, under the general supervision of the Director of Medical Imaging, is responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic ultrasound images. This role involves monitoring equipment operations and promptly reporting unresolved issues to the Director of Medical Imaging to ensure optimal functionality.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures in accordance with established protocols to produce accurate and high-quality imaging results.
+ Monitor and maintain imaging equipment, reporting unresolved technical issues to the Director of Medical Imaging.
+ Actively support the Mission and Core Values of Community Hospital of San Bernardino through professional conduct and service excellence.
+ Contribute to the hospital’s strategic plan and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**
+ One year experience as a diagnostic medical sonographer in a hospital/clinic setting preferred.
+ American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (A.R.D.M.S) required.
+ BLS - Basic Life Support
+ Registered Vascular Tech (RVT) preferred.
**Pay Range**
$53.20 - $53.20 /hour
