Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) is the team behind one of the World’s largest Cloud Infrastructures, responsible for developing, building and maintaining the entire Microsoft Cloud. Our focus is on smart growth, high efficiency, and delivering a trusted experience to customers and partners worldwide, and we are looking for a passionate Business Program Manager to help achieve that mission.
Within CO+I, the Core Operations & Functions Team manages the delivery of datacenter capacity for Microsoft’s Cloud Business across the globe. We have a portfolio of complex projects that require oversight from End-to-End. The Business Program Manager provides CO+I centralized management of corporate controls and leadership oversight through the life cycle of a project build. This role will be a vital connection and orchestration point to ensure we have clear global standards and governance criteria for cross-org leadership sign-off, while enabling project team accountability and compliance.

+ This role is located in one of the following hub locations : Atlanta, GA, Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX, Washington, DC or Phoenix, AZ.
+ Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates are required to relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location.
+ This role is eligible for hybrid or remote work, up to 100%.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead scenario-based planning and process optimization for our RMR (Regional Milestone Review) governance platform and process
+ Coordinate with all segments and functional organizations across CO+I at both the executive and project team levels, to facilitate cross-org leadership alignment and project team compliance on governance criteria and milestone checkpoints through the build life cycle
+ Drive analysis on current inefficiencies and develop out-of-the box solutions that contribute to overall business goals and strategies, enabling us to scale to meet projected demand growth for our cloud business
+ Create data & reporting mechanisms to support proposed changes
+ Create date & reporting and be able to articulate trends, conduct root cause analysis and be able to build the executive level business case to articulate the impact
+ Build out reporting strategy for all levels: executive, regional, and day-to-day business operations
+ Deliver business results through a laser focus on global standardization, process consistency, and data integrity
+ Create mechanisms for planning and tracking Stage Gate execution steps and key deliverables
+ Manage global communication channels, track adoption, and ensure compliance against new requirements and process changes
+ Drive quality control reviews at the regional and executive levels to ensure all accountabilities are met and the bar for leadership approval is achieved
+ Standardize and operationalize best practices across our global portfolio, while accounting for regional variances in execution
+ Lead development and tracking of success and performance metrics as well as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as adoption, volume, training, cycle time, and impact
**Qualifications**
**Required/Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
+ OR equivalent experience
+ 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, storytelling, and data visualization
**Other Requirements:**

Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.
