Description

-Manually processing AP invoices (non-PO side)

-Handling account reconciliation and statements

-Managing AP inbox for last 2-3 hours of the day

Additional Skills & Qualifications

MUST HAVE:

-Handle high volume processing (non-PO side)

-A lot of statement and reconciliations work as well (must have experience doing this)

-Someone comfortable with manual processing of AP invoices (all the way to the point of processing payments)

-Managing the AP inbox experience (last 2-3 hours of the day)

-Not looking for someone that has several AP experience – if they do, great

-1 year of AP experience required

-Comfort with remote training is required

-Experience working remotely before, comfortable working with Team's, etc.

NICE TO HAVE:

-Hospitality or restaurant background is a bonus, but not required

SOFTWARE:

-Accounting System: Great Plains (2015) (*)

-Automate - changing to Stamply (changing in a few weeks)

-Service Channel for repairs and maintenance (*)

-Crunch Time for COGs

-Service Desk is their ticketing system

-MS Teams, Outlook (based usage on these)

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00
