**Responsibilities**
The Endoscopy Technician has a limited technical background and performs routine patient care activities and related non-professional services in the care of sub-acute and acute patients undergoing endoscopy procedures. The Endoscopy Technician works under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. Knows philosophy and objectives of the nursing department and supports these premises. This position treats/cares for patients of all ages. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of the Organization. It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values. The employee shall support the Organization's strategic plan and the goals and direction of the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
**Qualifications**
+ Required
+ Must have a minimum of six (6) months healthcare experience
+ American Heart Association BLS
+ CSPDT (Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician) or CFER (Certified Flexible Endoscope Reprocessor)Preferred
+ MA or Certified Nurse Aide Experience
**Pay Range**
$29.79 - $33.74 /hour
