Virtual Medical Assistant -- Mental Health Focus | Two Part-Time Roles

Location: Remote, but MUST live in the US.

Are you passionate about making a difference in the mental health field? We seek two part-time, dedicated, compassionate Virtual Medical Assistants to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with patients and healthcare professionals, providing essential support in a virtual environment. Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for patients, demonstrating empathy and excellent communication skills over the phone. We do prefer TWO YEARS EXPERIENCE IN MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST ROLE.

Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring a seamless experience for all patients.

Maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasks efficiently.

Collaborate closely with healthcare providers to support patient care plans.

Utilize dual monitors to manage multiple tasks and applications simultaneously.

Receptionist duties for a very busy office.

Required Qualifications

Work West Coast Hours. Offices are in California and Scottsdale

Exceptional phone presence, communication skills, and pleasant phone voice; warm and friendly is a must.

Reliable home office setup.

MUST HAVE DUAL MONITORS or be willing to purchase on your own dime.

Availability to work flexible hours (7:00 am to 7:00 pm PT) on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Availability on Thursday and Friday is a plus. We can work with your school schedule but need someone to work 4-6 hour shifts.
